Developmental Editing
For more than ten years I have worked with performers and authors, marketers and professionals on developing their writing until it shines. I am skilled at listening to writers' goals and offering solutions. Solutions can include exercises to jumpstart a project, detailed feedback, or even joining a project as a collaborator to accomplish the writer's vision.
Research
Unlike Alice, I love falling down a rabbit hole. I have worked with a number of organizations to learn why a program or process is not working as intended and provide recommendations on what changes will be most effective. All recommendations are rooted in a research strategy that is developed in conversation with clients.
Interactive Workshops
Whether teambuilding or focusing on a particular skill, I enjoy facilitating workshops virtually or in-person that invite people to engage with their fellow participants and come away from the experience feeling more connected and energized about their work. I have written and facilitated workshops on storytelling, teambuilding, effective communications, community organizing, pitching a project, and much more.
